Description
Use:
- Soups - jus cook the mix in a sufficient amount of water and season the soup with spices and herbs at the end of cooking
- Main dish - mix cooked legumes mix with rice, stewed vegetables, roasted mushrooms, soy sauce and your delicious lunch is ready to be served
- Salad - cook the mix, let cool down and add rice, corn and your favourite chopped vegetables
ONTARIO Indian soup is made up of natural rice mixed with so-called wild rice, which is the fruit of a rare North American grass called zizania (wild rice), which grows in the Great Lakes region on the US and Canada borders. Rice comes along with red lentils, mungo beans and carrots dried carrot.
The establishment of HOPI legume mixes dates back to 1995. Having been inspired by ancient recipes and times when people had not used artificial flavourings and chemical preservatives, the company developed a series of 3 products (Siesta, Ontario, Ó hladové já). The original founders of the company were former English teachers Jana Gazarová (now Nováková) and Andrew Glueck (USA), who are the company´s main shareholders up to now.

Semi-peeled long-grain rice 54 %, small-grain red lentils 15 %, golden vigna (mungo beans) 15 %, zizania 8 %, dried carrot.Storage
