The essential oil of muscat fragrant or also known as geranium is made from a unique variety of tropical geranium, which excels in its intense aroma. In aromatherapy, it is used to soothe stress and overwork. It is also beneficial in the period of climacteric, alleviating its unpleasant manifestations such as hot flashes, insomnia or excessive sweating. In cosmetics, it is mainly added to products which are designed for dry skin.

Using essential oils in general: Bath - mix a teaspoon of essential oil and 3 tablespoons of hydrophilic oil. Pour this mixture into the bath just before you immerse in the water. Massage - mix 15-30 drops of essential oil with 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Inhalation - add a few drops to a bowl of hot water. Aroma lamp - add a few drops to the aroma lamp or electric diffuser. Caution: consult the use of essential oils with a professional aromatherapist. Some oils are not suitable to use during pregnancy and lactation.
