Description
Apricots grow on a tree called Armenian plum. The tree was originally grown in China and was brought to Europe through Armenia at the beginning of our era. Apricots are stone fruits and ripen in the middle of summer. Apricots are traditionally used for the production of conserves, jams, marmalades or liquors.
