The creation of Nelepek gluten-free products line is based on the decision to combine the renovation of one Kladno-based bakery and baking of gluten-free bread.

Gluten-free mixture: sugar, potato starch, modified starch, plant-based fat, dried WHEY, leavening agent: E450, E500, emulsifiers of plant-based origin: E481, E472e, E472b, E475, salt, aroma, thickener: 415, glucose syrup, skimmed MILK powder, EGG, rapeseed oil, water, preservative: sorbic acid, vanila extract 0,03 %. Storage
Store at 18-23°C and 70% humidity. After opening, use within 3 days.
