Unfiltered and heat-untreated apple cider vinegar in organic quality is produced in Hoštětín by fermentation of apple wine from its own sources. It is produced without the addition of yeast or acetic bacteria of vinegar fermentation. Thanks to the fact it is heat-untreated, it is not only a great kitchen assistant for healthy lifestyle lovers, but also for vitarians who eat raw food only.
Apple cider vinegar has wide use in the kitchen, as well as in hair care. For cooking it is mainly used for the preparation of cold meals, however, you can use it in all recipes that involve classic vinegar. It can be a basic ingredient for the preparation of salad dressing and will add an acidic flavour wherever it is needed. You can also use it to rinse your hair. It is used in the so-called "no poo" hair washing method.
