Use:
- Snack - suitable for direct consumption or along with a fruit puree
- Tiramisu - you can prepare this favourite Italian dessert from sponge biscuits as well
- Banana cupcakes - pin a sponge biscuit and a banana on a toothpick, soak into melted carob candies or chocolate chips, let stiffen
- Curd and fruit cake - place a layer of sponge biscuits on the bottom of a cake form, spread organic curd flavoured with syrup over them, place chopped fruit on this layer, place all the layers in the same way again, let the cake stiffen in the refrigerator over night
- Pudding - pour hot pudding over sponge biscuits and let cool down in the refrigerator
