Description

Amylon is a Czech brand producing starch foods such as puddings, dumplings, porridges, thickeners, pancakes, potato pancakes, baking powders and many more. The history of Amylon dates back to the end of the 19th century. The company itself was established in 1912 by the merger of two starch factories in Přibyslav and Nížkov. Since 2011, Amylon has been producing a range of organic gluten-free products that you can find in our product range. Amylon supports local production.

How to prepare?

Instructions for preparation

Pour 250 – 280 ml of cold water over the packaging content and stir properly. Prepare a roll from the dough, cut it in slices and roll the slices into the shape of pancakes. Fry the pancakes in a little bit of oil (butter) until they turn golden brown. We can prepare approximately 10 - 12 pancakes from the 250 g of the packaging content.
