Description
Pudding is made from corn starch and is therefore gluten-free. It contains natural ingredients only such as Japanese ground green tea called matcha and natural pineapple flavour. This exotic pudding version will bring a new taste and colours into classic recipes.
Tips to use:
- Home-made termix - prepare a hot pudding in a regular way and add 250 g of soft curd into the hot pudding, let cool down
- Baking - hot pudding can be poured on raw dough prepared in a frier, you can also add fruit, chocolate or nuts and bake
- Cold desserts - cooled pudding decorated with fruit will look beautiful in elegant glass, decorate with cream, grated chocolate or crushed nuts
- Fillings, creams - cooled pudding prepared from a smaller amount of milk can be used as a cake cream or as a donut, profiterole or other desserts filling
Do you have a problem with lumps and milk burning when preparing a pudding? Prepare it in a home bread maker or a microwave. Set aside a smaller portion of milk, pour the pudding powder in it and stir, put the rest of the milk in the bread maker and add sugar according to your taste. Add the stirred pudding mixture into the bread maker and set it for the Jam program. Allow the bread maker to mix it for about 15 minutes, and for approximately 5 minutes in the microwave. This preparation takes more time, but your pudding will be much smoother.
