Blueberry syrup is a combination of maple and rice syrup with blueberry juice.
Rice syrup is popular for its neutral taste and versatile use. It is light, more fluid, and has relatively low sweetness. Maple syrup has a specific, quite distinctive flavour and aroma, a bit reminiscent of caramel. It is sweeter than sugar, but not as much as agave syrup.

- Tofu cream, pudding, in white yoghurt
