Description
Miso soup forms a basic part of the Japanese cuisine. Its base consists of thick spice soybean paste, salt and usually a kind of grain called ''miso''. The paste has been produced for hundreds of years in the same way - selected soy beans are burdened with a stone and fermented for 3 years in cedar barrels.
The Muso Company was established 30 years ago according to the basic principles of macrobiotic diet, which is a specific way of a diet and lifestyle. The company emphasises and focuses on quality and uses traditional manufacturing processes. The ingredients used to produce the products are not genetically modified.
Organic food always goes through a system of checks and certifications that ensures their quality and enables them to bear this designation. Their organic quality is particularly appreciated by people with an interest in organic farming and a sustainable farming system.
