How to prepare?

Instructions for preparation

As a beverage: use 2 teaspoons of vinegar and 2 teaspoons of honey with water every day before eating. Use to season salads and many other meals. As a bath addition: 1 – 2 dl of apple cider vinegar into the water or to rinse your head after washing.
