Description
Use:
- Soups - jus cook the mix in a sufficient amount of water and season the soup with spices and herbs at the end of cooking
- Main dish - mix cooked legumes mix with cooked pasta and roasted vegetables and your delicious lunch is ready to be served
- Spread - cook the mix, let cool down and chopped spring onion, grated carrot and celery, white yoghurt, salt and lime sauce
The establishment of HOPI legume mixes dates back to 1995. Having been inspired by ancient recipes and times when people had not used artificial flavourings and chemical preservatives, the company developed a series of 3 products (Siesta, Ontario, Ó hladové já). The original founders of the company were former English teachers Jana Gazarová (now Nováková) and Andrew Glueck (USA), who are the company´s main shareholders up to now.
