Description

Gingerbread is a classic part of Czech cuisine and with this mixture, it can be available for people with celiac disease as well. You can make a puff gingerbread different with chocolate topping, for example. It can also be carefully split into two halves, one of them covered with marmalade and then put back together again. If you want to avoid cutting the gingerbread into two halves, spread the marmalade gently over the top of the gingerbread and sprinkle it with grated coconut.

Paleta Foodsystem Company is one of the largest Czech producers of gluten-free products in the Czech Republic. It was established in Pilsen in 1991 originally with a focus on popcorn and cotton candy. Regarding the high demand for gluten-free products, the company has gradually began to focus on powdered gluten-free mixtures and flour.

How to prepare?

Instructions for preparation

Dilute 500 g of the mixture with 360 ml of water and mix properly. Pour on a greased pan and bake in the oven preheated at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
